Le cours de cuisine avec l’école SOMPHONG a été fort convivial : un petit tour au marché du quartier pour chercher les produits frais ; on cuisine 5 plats pour 1 000 B (env. 25 Euros) ; on déguste entre chaque plat ; on emporte chez soi ce qu’on n’a pas pu manger sur place ; le charmant chef en jupon fait les démonstrations avant de laisser ses élèves se débrouiller ; chaque élève dispose de ses propres ustensiles (plaque de gaz, wok, cuillère, plateau etc …). Et le prix inclut un cahier des recettes réalisées et un rapoir local. Mon premier cours de cuisine thaï alors que j’habite ici depuis six ans et demi ! Une école que je recommande vivement.
I really enjoyed the Thai cooking class at SOMPHONG school : we started with the market tour where the chef explained us the products we were going to use ; the 5 dishes class cost Baht 1 000 (Euros 25) ; we eat all the meals we cooked but we can get a doggy bag if we are too full to eat all of them ; the chef showed us how to do then let us do the meals on our own ; each students get its own equipment. The price also includes the book of the recipes we did and a small gift. That was my fisrt Thai cooking class though I’ve been living in Thailande for more than six years and a half ! I highly recommend that school.
